10 Simple & Fun Ways To Stay Healthy in 2011

l. Fall In Love
2. Have your big meal at lunch and take a nap
3. Meditate-Don’t sweat the small stuff
4. Take one hour during the day for yourself (just you)
5. If you fail at something pick yourself up and begin all over again
6. Say “Good Morning” to complete strangers and smile
7. Laying in bed, before sleeping, think of all the nice things you did during the day
8. Be grateful you wokeup in the morning
9. Say “thank you” “I love you” and truly mean it
10.Create a gift for someone for no reason at all.

    This is a great list. What I like about it is that it focuses on the internal things you can do to encourage and improve yourself (often left out on other lists of self improvement).

    I think that with your list you also have ten great ideas to blog about as the year progresses. It would be great to see how each tip works out for you.
