Book Review of “All In Her Head” by Michelle Paisley-Sherri Rosen Publicity, NYC

Michelle Paisley, author of “Yoga For A Broken Heart” (Findhorn Press, 2007) takes us on a wild ride of astral projection, past life regression and her life as a journalist, healer and yoga instructor/owner. Her journey began a long time ago, but when she meets up with a beginning hypnotherapist who wants to help her confront her demons, she catapults into areas that she never dreamed possible or had never paid attention to in the past.

So, on the outside, her name is Bridget, she is pretty, bubbly, 41 years old and always thinks she looks fat and never feels good enough. But as the author takes you on Bridget’s journey, you find out there is much more to her and she has a depth that no one could realize on the outside. Perhaps by the end of the book, Bridget didn’t realize how much depth she actually had.

Faced with her own life-or-death crisis, Bridget realizes that her only hope for salvation is to embrace the life she is now living. “All In Her Head” is all about learning to love your inner self. If you are able to do that, you may open yourself up to connect with your soul mate and with your dreams. Find out what happens to Bridget on her incredible journey.

Michelle Paisley is the author. She has a bachelor’s degree in English from Cal. State University, Sacramento. A former Bay area journalist, she now owns Flow Massage & Yoga Therapy in Sacramento, where she lives with her family. She is a featured collaborator and local script development director in the international film and television project, “The Difference.” Visit Www.MichellePaisley.Com
