Sherri Rosen Publicity Intl, NYC-New book coming soon “Beating Arthritis: Alternative Cooking”

A new book by the one and only Baker Dan making its official debut in October 2014 but can be bought online in ebook form at Www.BakerDan.Com.

I am working with this author on this very important cookbook. It shows anyone who is dealing with inflammation how to contain it, stop it, calm it, all with easy to make recipes at home. You are more in control of what goes into your food when you make it yourself. There are many other diseases where inflammation needs to be controlled. You can test food when you cook it yourself to see which ones ignite the inflammation. Baker Dan also recommends that you work with your nutritionist and your own doctor.

I was attracted to this cookbook because I have osteo-arthritis and after following some of the recipes in this book I have decreased my inflammation and am losing weight. All good things.

Seventeen years ago the author was diagnosed with Palindromic Rheumatoid Arthritis (PRA).
And so the book is written from a patient’s point of view. Something we can all appreciate, someone who is “walking the talk”, and has been able to navigate courageously and in a positive way the dramatic health changes in his life and who wants to share his wonderful recipes with you.

I suggest you look through the book and see for yourself. “Beating Arthritis: Alternative Cooking”
