Kathy began working with us a few months ago. This was her first self-published book. With her not knowing anything about the publishing business, we guided her through the process. When the time was right we began the publicity. The last thing you want to have happen to your book is hire a publicist, receive great publicity, and not have the stores carry the book. Kathy hired us because we are excellent publicists, and because we have good business sense.

Her book is spiritual, we are spiritual, we have contacts, and “spiritual” books are challenging when it comes to publicity. We love challenges. Kathy’s book is about her personal journey as a Christian, and how she has evolved her path into a spirituality that goes beyond the traditional boundaries that define and divide the world’s religions. As a result of writing this book, Kathy has begun practicing what she calls Christian Shamanism. We have gotten Kathy radio interviews, book reviews, a potential recording contract with a major recording company, and book signings in major bookstores and metaphysical bookstores.

“If you’re looking for a terrific publicity firm, look no further. You’ve found them. Sherri Rosen Publicity, NYC combines practical experience with personal integrity and a commitment to spreading light and peace through all they do. I simply can’t imagine working with any other publicity firm.”

Sherri Rosen: Stephanie, what was your inspiration for the story? Stephanie Woodman: In 1996, I had the profound experience of scuba diving in Truk Lagoon—now called Chuuk, in Micronesia. It was a significant Japanese naval base during WWII, often referred to as Japan’s Pearl Harbor. I was initially unaware of its historical weight, but on my first […]
