Many book publicity firms give you package deals, which is great, but if the media the publicist is booking you for has no audience that would be interested in your book, what’s the point accept losing good money when it could be put to better use.
I am also a standup storyteller where I create, write, perform true stories from my own life. This gives me more experience in understanding what an audience needs to hear or see.
